Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

Returns

 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (31) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.

 

Return Process

 

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also request a prepaid shipping label. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $4.95 will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover shipping charges.

Refunds

 

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment.

 

Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Restrictions

 

Heavily discounted items cannot be returned. Please contact us to arrange for a refund or exchange defective or damaged products otherwise ineligible for return.

Please note a 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. All sales are final on discounted items, and they cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders above a $75.00 subtotal, we offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days).

In-location pickup

Available Pickup Times: Sundays, 10am - 3pm

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Saint Andrew Romanian Orthodox Church (Potomac, MD). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pickup.

 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 3pm on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

​

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@byzantineus.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

​

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@byzantineus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
